A huge ‘Well done!’ to Zanel, Siya and Lufuno at SUZUKI Bramley for their friendly and efficient client service. I ‘phoned just before 07h30 on Monday and spoke to Jerome about the latch on my Suzuki Swift boot that wasn’t unlocking. He encouraged me to bring my car through so that the fault could be diagnosed, a quotation prepared and an action plan initiated. His positive and enthusiastic response instilled confidence in approaching your dealership to solve the problem. I immediately felt welcome when I arrived at your premises. (9 years ago I had a particularly bad experience there and had never been back.) My car was disinfected while I completed the safety ‘check-in’ on entry to your showroom. Siya had been briefed by Jerome, Zanel completed the necessary paperwork, Lufuno assessed the latch mechanism, the procedure for ordering the replacement was explained and the job was scheduled for today (Wednesday). I was most impressed by the way every employee of SUZUKI Bramley greeted me on both days as they walked past. My sincere appreciation to the gate guard, safety ‘check-in’ staff, Siya, Zanel and Lufuno for their warm reception and superb service. It was a privilege to support your dealership and to experience the professionalism that has earned you the awards proudly displayed in your trophy cabinet. In a service industry so often characterised by complacency and mediocrity, SUZUKI Bramley re-ignited the excitement I felt for the brand when I bought my Swift eleven years ago.
